Altair program 'Semata Sevana' supports
At least 16 needy rural families will receive homes through a donation made by the luxury condominium builder Developers Indocean to the Semata Sevana program of the Ministry of Housing and Construction.
Altair developer, twin tower Colombo 2 recently presented a check for Rs 5 million Sevana Funds in support of an initiative to build six emblematic villages for the project Semata Sevana program 'Uda Gammana'.
"The Condo Developers Association has received a request for assistance to this noble cause," said Indocean Development Director Pradeep Moraes. "As a civic conscious moral person, we were happy to contribute to this effort."
Altair's contribution was presented to the Minister of Housing and Construction. Hon Sajith Premadasa by Mr. Moraes and his executive colleague Mr. K. Sathian at a ceremony at the Ministry.
